I don't know why all of you are hatin' on newbie squads. Face it, you were once a newbie too. The way I see it, there are two kinds of newbie squads, made by newbies, and for newbies. Now, the newbie squads made by newbies I can understand people disliking. A person with no experience doesn't need to create a squad nor has the experience to maintain it. Besides, the only reason someone inexperienced would want to create a squad is to fit in, which isn't the best reason in the world. Which brings up my next point, a squad FOR newbies is totally different. If someone would dedicate their time to create a squad to welcome newbies, they wouldn't feel so out of place, and would more 'n' likely stop newbie making squads. I mean, it would seem you UB'ers would want some new players and popularity come to the game. Uniball has to stay alive somehow. But, you aren't going to get new players or popularity calling every curious person you see a newbie, and discouraging them in the game saying they suck. Plus a newbie squad would show them the ropes, and experience them for other more 'bigger' squads. The point is, if everyone would stop pointing their fingers and calling newbies names, and if someone actually dedicated a little of their time to help them, Uniball might actually become a very popular game.
